Football forges links between police and youngsters
Young players came together for a police-organised football tournament to help forge links with the force.
Held at the Wakefield Indoor Football Centre and youngsters also got to meet officers and were provided with talks on knife crime, cyber awareness and first aid.
Insp Helen Brear said: “Events like these are a great way for officers to engage with young people in an informal setting.
