Crigglestone School of Dance have recently resumed training together after a long break due to the pandemic.

And sponsors Jack's supermarket, on Ings Road, have generously donated brand new hoodies for the team.

Crigglestone School of School offers training in ballet, tap, modern, contemporary, commercial, street, drama and gymnastics.

As part of the government roadmap out of lockdown, children's sports were allowed to resume. This saw many children and teenagers across the country looking forward to the return of sports training and the opportunity to be together again.

Jack's Supermarket sponsors local children's teams to provide a fun and safe environment to help kids stay active.

In addition to the new hoodies, Jack's will be supporting the team throughout the year, with drinks and snacks for training sessions, and vouchers and other prizes for special rewards.

Michael Ward, Store manager at Jack's Wakefield, said: "Sponsoring children's teams is just one of the many ways we've been helping the community of Wakefield. We hope the team gets lots of use out of their new hoodies and wish the team lots of luck."

Michelle Robertshaw, Manager of the Crigglestone Dance School, said: "We wanted to say a huge thank you to Jack's for sponsoring our team. It's been a tough year but it feels great to be back training together.
