Casa Peri Peri will cook Portuguese-style chicken dishes and in the former Pizza Express unit in the shopping centre.

The brains behind Casa Peri Peri are the same people who brought the much loved Estabulo restaurant to Wakefield and Fleur Café.

Rob Campbell, the chief executive of parent group Churrasco, said: “Our family of brands has gone from strength to strength and knowing how successful Estabulo already is in Wakefield means we are confident Casa Peri Peri will follow suit, especially in such a prime location at Trinity Walk.

“Quality and choice for customers and the creation of new jobs means we have all the right ingredients for something special.”

Cormac Hamilton, Trinity Walk’s centre manger, said: “Casa Peri Peri will be a vibrant new addition to our already strong range of stores and eateries here at Trinity Walk.”

Casa Peri Peri is looking for new staff so anyone interested should send a cover letter and CV to [email protected]
