Haven Holidays: When will Blue Dolphin, Primrose Valley, Reighton Sands reopen

Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that hotels and other guest accommodations, including campsites, can reopen on Monday, July 6.

This means Haven Holidays can operate again at all three popular sites on Yorkshire's east coast.

The sites include the Blue Dolphin Caravan Park in Filey, Primrose Valley in Filey and Primrose Valley, which is in Reighton near Filey.

There is also the Far Grange Park in Skipsea but this is for private caravan owners.

Also popular with holiday makers from Yorkshire is the Thorpe Park site in Cleethorpes, Golden Sands in Mablethorpe and the Cala Gran and Marton Mere parks in Blackpool.

There are 40 other Haven Holidays sites across the UK.

A spokesman for Haven Holidays said: ""It's been a long time coming, there's been plenty of preparation, months of waiting but it is almost time for us to reopen our parks!

"We are pleased to announce that we will be welcoming holidaymakers back to our parks in England on Monday 6 July.

"We're also preparing to welcome holidaymakers back to our Welsh Parks from Monday 13 July and to our Scottish Parks from Friday 17 July. We are just awaiting final Welsh and Scottish Government confirmation.

"We cannot wait to welcome guests and start the summer."
