Cadets from Castleford had a week to remember when they visited one of the largest Royal Air Force (RAF) stations in the coutnry.
The group of youngsters, from the Castleford Air Cadets squadron, visited RAF Marham in Norfolk.
The cadets took part in a range of activities including shooting, a tour of the base and its aircraft.
Cadet corporal Jack McDermott, 15, said: “I really enjoyed the week away and all the activities we got to do along with making lots of new friends.
“It has given me a really good feel for what life would be like on an active RAF station and in the Armed Forces.”
