Classic pantomime Cinderella will set the stage alight when St Giles’ with St Mary’s Pantomime Society stages its annual production at Pontefract Town Hall. Tickets for the new show go on sale this weekend.
Becki Elcock plays the title role, alongside longstanding principal boy Alison Knox as Prince Charming. David Hookham, pictured left, and Vince Empsall play Grizelda and Gertrude, the Ugly Sisters, while Amy Charlotte joins the cast for the first time as Dandini, the Prince’s valet.
The show will be staged on January 13-18, with performances at 7pm, plus a 2pm Saturday matinee.
Tickets cost £8 with £6.50 concessions, available from St Giles’ Church, on Wednesdays from 10am to 1pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10am to noon.
