Appeal after Iranian man goes missing from his Wakefield home

Mahdi Danesh, 32, of Pinderfields Road, was last spoken to over the phone at noon on June 25 and was reported missing on June 28, police said.

He is described as being 6ft tall, slim, with black crew cut hair and dark brown eyes.

PC Sam Farr, of Wakefield District Police, said: “It is out of character for him to go missing like this and there are genuine concerns for his welfare.

“We would urgently like to hear from anyone who has seen him or who knows his current whereabouts.”
