Are you tough enough? Titan Force: Trip to Ripped launches in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust

Young men aged 18-24 from across the UK are being encouraged to sign up for an inspirational campaign, Titan Force: Trip to Ripped, in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The programme will transform 20 ordinary young men into shining examples of health and fitness over the course of a gruelling six-months of intense gym-based training and healthy eating.

The campaign is being fronted by ex-marine and award-winning personal trainer, Rich McKeating, who wants to show how hard work and dedication is all that is needed to gain a healthy body - not the use of harmful steroids and supplement shortcuts.

Rich said: “This is a brilliant opportunity for young men to finally shed those excuses and start to lead a healthier lifestyle, all while raising money for a wonderful cause. We’ve had great support from celebrities and fitness gurus, but what we really need now is for committed and driven young men to take part, knuckle down and commit to healthy behaviour that will hopefully stay with them for the rest of their lives.”

The recruits, dubbed ‘Titans’, will serve as role models to teens across the country, supporting anyone who has experienced emotional and physical difficulties due to misguided exercise and dietary advice or facing health and confidence issues. Recruits will raise sponsorship with all proceeds going to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
