The roads will be closed between 9pm and 5.30am, with diversions in place.

The resurfacing has been organised to minimise disruption, with Friday nights and weekends being avoided.

As part of the works, some minor changes will be made to the road markings on Oxford Place, while an additional advanced stop line (ASL) for cyclists will be put in place at the junction where Great George Street meets Calverley Street.

The improvements have been approved by Metro and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority. Information on alternative bus routes will be provided at affected stops.
