Cows and rain causing problems on the roads this morning
Rain and surface water are causing problems on the motorways this morning.
There is slow traffic on the M1 northbound between Woolley Edge Services and J42 for Lofthouse.
Traffic is also slow on the M62 westbound between J26 at Chain Bar and J24 at Ainley Top.
Elsewhere, police were called to reports that cows had escaped from a field next to a 50mph stretch of Wakefield Road at Grange Moor, at around 7.20 this morning.
