Crash closes M1 at Wakefied
A crash has led to the M1 being temporarily shut near Wakefield.
The northbound traffic has been stopped while the scene is being assessed.
Traffic officers are present at the crash which has happened between J39 Durkar and J40 Ossett.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the motorway if possible.
