Gary Ian Smith-Beaumont, age 38, of Heald Street, Castleford, admitted assaulting a male and obstructing a police officer. He was fined £100, told to pay £50 compensation and £119 costs.

Kurt Ian Goldspink, age 32, of Baghill Lane, Pontefract, admitted assaulting a police officer and was told to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

Rosalie Helen Cope, age 45, of Healdfield Court, Castleford, admitted stealing items worth £336 from Lidl and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £107 costs.

John Allpress, age 31, of Princess Street, Castleford, admitted assaulting a person that was racially motivated and was given a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work, told to pay £100 compensation and £180 costs.

Shane Oldfield, age 33, of Station Lane, Featherstone, was found guilty of causing £1,000 worth of criminal damage to an Audi vehicle and was jailed for 28 days and told to pay £128 costs. The case was proved in his absence.

James Oldroyd, age 27, of Park Estate, West Kirkby, admitted four counts of stealing clothes worth £640 in total from Asda at Durkar. He was given a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work, told to pay £490 compensation and £180 costs.

Joseph Nathan Vause, age 35, of Low Street, Knottingley, admitted causing £1,000 of damage to a security door at Fieldhead Hospital in Wakefield, and was fined £40 and told to pay £119 costs.

Stuart O’Leary, age 44, of Lawrence Avenue, Pontefract, admitted harassing a male and failure to surrender to custody. He was given a community order with drug dependency treatment, a one-year restraining order and told to pay £95 costs.

Christopher Bryant, age 38, of Westwood Road, Castleford, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £200 and told to pay £119 costs.

Georgina Day, age 31, of Kirkby Road, Hemsworth, admitted stealing items worth £133 from Tesco in Hemsworth. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge, told to pay £99 compensation and £107 costs.

Matthew Fennell, age 23, of Westfield Road, Hemsworth, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and possession of cannabis. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £326 in total and told to pay £119 costs.

Kimberley Gill, age 37, of Southgate, Pontefract, admitted assaulting a police officer and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £100 compensation.

Richard Haley, age 56, of Mill Hill Road, Pontefract, was found guilty after a trial of two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, and admitted a charge of failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £1,165, given a one-year restraining order and told to pay £198 costs.

Michael Kenneth Smith, age 52, of Garden House Lane, Tingley, admitted drink driving by having 330mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of urine. The legal limit is 107mlgs. He also admitted failing to provide a breath test after being stopped by police three months later. He was jailed for 18 weeks, banned from the road for 50 months, and told to pay £128 costs.

Matthew Stephen Turner-Marsh, age 32, of Wellgate, Castleford, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis while on a Honda CBR bike. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and told to pay £119 costs.

Sean Davis, age 34, of Manorfield Drive, Horbury, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis when he was stopped by police. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £440 and told to pay £119 costs.

Alison Louise Seal, age 36, of Church Lane, Normanton, admitted aiding and abetting a person already banned from driving to get behind the wheel of a Ford Ka, and having no insurance. She was given eight penalty points, fined £270 and told to pay £119 costs.

Donald Alasdair Smith, age 40, of Golden Square, Horbury, admitted criminal damage to two televisions and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £107 costs.

Sean Lloyd, age 34, of Shaw Court, Wakefield, admitted drink driving by having 126 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was jailed for 14 weeks suspended for 18 months due to having a previous similar conviction, told to undertake alcohol dependency treatment, given 180 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for five years and told to pay £213 costs.

Holly Daykin, age 32, of South Street, Normanton, admitted drink driving by having 89 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She was given a community order with six weeks electronic tag curfew, banned from driving for 20 months and told to pay £180 costs.

Max Timpson, age 21, of Gloucester Place, Wakefield, admitted taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and causing damage to it, and driving without a licence and insurance. He was banned from driving for 15 months, given a community order with eight weeks’ electronic tag curfew and told to pay £180 costs.

Sadie Louise Lodge, age 33, of Westwood Road, Ossett, admitted driving while banned and without insurance. She was fined £200 and told to pay £119 costs.

Dale Stuart Shaw, age 45, of Robertsgate, Lofthouse, admitted driving while banned and without insurance. He was given a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £180 costs.

Vanessa Kenny, age 44, of St Bartholomews Court, Wakefield, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a person, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause a fear of violence. She was handed a community order with a 12 weeks’ electronic tag curfew attached, a three-year restraining order and told to pay £710 costs.

Lee Kenneth Flowers, age 27, of Bowman Street, Wakefield, admitted two counts of assaulting females, assaulting a police officer and criminal damage to household properties, all while on a conditional discharge for threatening behaviour. He was jailed for 16 weeks and told to pay £128 costs.
