Norman Waite, age 80, of Castlefield Court, Castleford, admitted outraging public decency by exposing himself at Carlton Lanes Shopping Centre. He was given a community order and told to pay £180 costs.

Levi Cutting, age 27, of Chiltern Avenue, Castleford, admitted criminal damage and resisting arrest. He was fined £300 and told to pay £119 costs.

Martin Yates, age 32, of New Lane Crescent, Upton, admitted drink driving by having 74 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted driving without a licence or insurance. He was banned from driving 16 months, fined £450 and told to pay £130 costs.

Reece Connoer Anderson, age 21, of Esk Avenue, Castleford, admitted possession of cannabis and was fined £233 and told to pay £119 costs.

Shayne Henry Logan, age 24, of Highfield Green, Allerton Bywater, admitted driving while banned and without insurance. He was banned from driving for five months, fined £200 and told to pay £119 costs.

Brian Hugh McCloskey, age 50, of Grafton Street, Castleford, admitted driving while banned and without insurance. He was banned from driving for six months, fined £323 and told to pay £119 costs.

Maria Devine, age 48, of Leeds Road, Methley, admitted fraudulently claiming for journeys she did not make and was fined £100 and told to pay £115 costs.

John Joseph Nolan, age 72, of Moor Top Avenue, Ackworth, admitted drink driving by having 118 mlgs of alcohol in 100 mls of blood. The legal limit is 80 mlgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £200 and told to pay £117 costs.

Monika Frank, age 35, of Holywell Lane, Castleford, admitted failing to provide a breath test and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £300 and told to pay £119 costs.

Callum Fergus Exley-McTaggart, age 25, of Mary Rose Court, Featherstone, admitted three counts of theft of alcohol and was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and told to pay £35 compensation.

Luke Anthony Stevens, age 29, of Racca Green, Knottingley, admitted drink driving on a motorbike by having 159 mlgs of alcohol in 100 mls of blood. The legal limit is 80 mlgs. He also admitted being banned from the road and having no insurance. He was jailed for four months, suspended for two years, given 300 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for 40 months and told to pay £207 costs.

Bradley Poppleton, age 21, of Sheepwalk Lane, Castleford, admitted drink driving by having 52 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 14 months, fined £340 and told to pay £119 costs.

Lukasz Dariusz Goralczyk, age 35, of Netherwood Close, Whitwood, admitted possessing nunchucks in public and possession of cannabis, and was found guilty of assaulting a female. He was given 200 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £90 costs.

Amanda Firth, age 32, of Chequers Close, admitted failing to notify the authorities about a change in circumstance that would have affected housing benefit and income support. She was given 120 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £170 costs.

Darren Thomas Taylor, age 28, of Middle Oxford Street, Castleford, admitted drink driving by having 49 mcgs of alcohol in 200 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and told to pay £34 costs.

Daniel James Hart, age 25, of Exchange Street, South Elmsall, admitted drink driving by having 84 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted driving without due care and attention, failing to stop and having no licence or insurance. He was given 80 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for three years and told to pay £180 costs.

Jamie Lee Burnett, age 32, of Northfield Avenue, Knottingley, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £300 and told to pay £119 costs.

Aaron Ratcliffe, age 27, of Queens Avenue, Pontefract, admitted stealing meat worth £40 from Co-op in Upton and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 compensation and £107 costs.

Liam Doherty, age 29, of Ashley Mews, Castleford, admitted unplugging his electronic tag that he received for failing to provide a breath test. He was fined £40.

Kristian Gallivan, age 45, of Wakefield Road, Pontefract, admitted producing eight cannabis plants, and was given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £107 costs.

Mark Benjamin Wattis, age 40, of Halton Street, Featherstone, admitted possessing wraps of cocaine and heroin and obstructing a police officer on Kirkgate, Wakefield. He was given a community order and told to pay £95 costs.

Steven Paul Johnson, age 47, of School Lane, Castleford, admitted drink driving by having 71 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted having no insurance. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £120 and told to pay £119 costs.

Alan Gordon Holt, age 55, of Eastbourne Crescent, Pontefract, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Darrington and was given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £107 costs.

Dale Brammer, age 40, of Ridgefield Street, Castleford, admitted criminal damage, multiple counts of stealing items from One Stop and B&M, failure to surrender to custody and was found guilty after trial of four counts of theft from Aldi and Asda. He was told to pay more than £572 in compensation.

Richard William Gordon, age 36, of Lower Mickletown, Methley, admitted two counts of being drunk and disorderly in Crofton and Wakefield. He was fined £100 and told to pay £119 costs.

Ryan Appleyard, age 37, of High Street, Kippax admitted assaulting a female and harassing her. He was given 16 weeks jail, suspended for two years, a two-year restraining order and told to pay £207 costs.

Luke Avison, age 32, of Westerton Road, Tingley, admitted sexually touching a 14-year-old girl and drink driving by having 61 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted possession of cannabis, a 7” hunting knife and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months, banned from driving for three years, and told to pay £213 costs.

Jamie Liam Rhodes, age 22, of Broadacre Road, Ossett, admitted harassing a female and was given a community order, a one-year restraining order and told to pay £180 costs.

Craig Michael Grundy, age 32, of Dunbar Street, Wakefield, admitted sending threatening text messages, using racially-aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour, stealing beer and pizza from Sainsbury’s and criminal damage to a door. He was given 70 hours of unpaid work, told to pay £200 compensation and £90 costs.

William Martin Dalby, age 26, of Woodlands Village, Wakefield, admitted being drunk and disorderly and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £107 costs.

Joe Cliff, age 22, of St Giles Mount, Pontefract, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £80 and told to pay £117 costs.

Ryan O’Neill, age 18, of Warren Court, Wakefield, admitted assaulting a male and was given 100 hours of unpaid work, and told to pay £250 compensation.

Lee Kenneth Flowers, age 27, of Bowman Street, Wakefield, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £22 costs.

Ross William Hunter, age 28, of Santingley Court, New Crofton, admitted drink driving by having 72 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted having no licence or insurance. He was banned from driving for 36 months, fined £120 and told to pay £119 costs.

Connor Nunn, age 19, of Station Road, Ryhill, admitted driving while banned and without insurance. He was given 60 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for 12 months and told to pay £180 costs.

Joseph James Sharp, age 24, of Dunbar Street, Wakefield, admitted being drunk and disorderly and was given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £22 costs.

Kelly Louise Fox, age 37, of Westgate, Wakefield, admitted assaulting a female and stealing from B&M. She was jailed for 24 weeks, suspended for 12 months and told to pay £100 compensation.

Daniel Christopher Houldin, age 37, of Brookdale Avenue, Ossett, admitted drink driving by having 98 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted refusing to stop for police. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, given 200 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £213 costs.

Uzman Yakoob, age 32, of Benjamin Street, Darnley, admitted assaulting a police officer and was given a community order, fined £100, told to pay £50 compensation and £180 costs.

Andrew Shaun Halliday, age 54, of Queens Drive, Carlton, admitted using racially-aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour and was fined £384 and told to pay £123 costs.

Craig Tawton, age 31, of Bidder Drive, East Ardsley, admitted drink driving by having 43 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £400 and told to pay £125 costs.

Phillip Taylor, age 39, of no fixed address, was found guilty after a trial of trespassing into Westgate Express on Wakefield’s Westgate and stealing cigarettes, e-cigarette liquid, a pedal cycle worth £800 and a till containing £500. He was given a community order and told to pay £95 costs.

Owen Joseph Nigel Farren, age 53, of Pinderfields Road, Wakefield, admitted phoning a female in excess of 40 times which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. He was jailed for 16 weeks and told to pay £128 costs.

Fiona Jayne Tennyson, age 52, of Fishponds Drive, Wakefield, admitted criminal damage to clothing and was told to pay £52.98 compensation to the owner.

Kelly Elise Freeman, age 36, of Queens Walk, Ossett, admitted drink driving by having 77 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She was banned from driving for 36 months, fined £120 and told to pay £119 costs.

Andrew Bowes, age 50, of Queen Elizabeth Road, Wakefield, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and told to pay £117 costs.

Deborah Wheelhouse, age 44, of Pawson Street, East Ardsley, admitted drink driving and was banned from driving for 20 months, fined £207 and told to pay £119 costs.

Brian Meadows, age 75, of Walker Avenue, Wakefield, was found guilty after a trial of harassing a female by shouting and spitting at her and harassment towards a male by spitting at him and verbally abusing him. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, a 12-month restraining order and told to pay £641 costs.

Craig Calvert, age 30, of Warncliffe Road, Kettlethorpe, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order, a restraining order of indeterminate length and told to pay £200 compensation.

Matthew Neil Usher, age 47, of Roundwood Crescent, Wakefield, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Castleford and was fined £50 and told to pay £34 costs.

Callum Lehane, age 22, of Whin Mount, Normanton, admitted being over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and possession of an offensive weapon - a credit card containing a blade. He was banned from driving for 18 months, given 60 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £175 costs.
