Driver charged over pedestrian's death in Outwood
Police investigating a fatal crash in which a passing pedestrian died have charged a man with causing death by dangerous driving.
Adam Badkin, 22 of Lofthouse, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving whist disqualified and driving with no insurance.
He has been bailed to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court tomorrow, August 14.
The crash happened on June 9 on Leeds Road in Outwood.
Pedestrian Andrew Kitson, 44, had been walking to the shops when he struck by a vehicle and killed.
