Driver clocked at 103mph with children in his vehicle
A motorist is facing court action after he clocked driving at more than 100mph on the motorway with children in the vehicle.
The offender was stopped by the roads policing unit over the weekend on the M1 close to J39, Durkar.
The police radar gun recorded him at 103mph.
He will now appear before the magistrates’ court where he could be hit with a fine and a driving ban.
