Man pushed to the ground and robbed while walking with his toddler in park

The attack happened at around 9am yesterday (Thursday) when the 25-year-old victim was pushing his toddler in a buggy in Hemsworth Park near to the golf course.

As the victim was seeing to his child, the suspect pushed the victim to the floor and stole a military style rucksack containing a brand new Samsung note 10 Plus.

The man ran off across the golf course.

The suspect is described as a white male, in his mid-20s, skinny build and around 5ft 6ins tall.

He was wearing a grey top and black tracksuit bottoms.
