Nuisance drunk jailed again for CBO breach

A nuisance drunk who is banned from Wakefield city centre has been jailed after being found intoxicated at the city’s bus station and attacking two police officers.

Richard David Frost, 45, admitted the charges during a recent hearing at Leeds Magistrates’ Court.

He was banned from Wakefield city centre by a criminal behaviour order (CBO) imposed in January of last year. He was jailed earlier this year for ignoring the ban and drinking on Kirkgate. Frost, of Station Lane, Featherstone, has now been jailed for a further 16 weeks and told to pay £128 costs.
