Nuisance offender is jailed again after ignoring order to stay out of town

A nuisance offender who ignored orders to stay out of town has been jailed again.

Alec Mark Johnson, of no fixed address, was found on Carlton Street in Castleford on Sunday, August 9.

He is banned from the town centre by a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) because of a long history of anti-social behaviour.

The order, imposed, in November last year, lasts five years.

The 30-year-old was jailed in April after breaching the order, being drunk in the town and assaulting a police officer. He has now been handed another 10-week stint.
