Police raided a Wakefield property and uncovered weapons and huge amounts of drugs.
Acting on a tip-off, they targeted the the building on Warwick Street in Agbrigg on Thursday.
They found cannabis, amphetamine and ecstasy worth in excess of £300,000.
They also seized weapons, including swords and an imitation firearm.
A man was arrested and taken into custody.
