Delays after multi-vehicle crash on A1
Motorists face long delays in Pontefract following a multi-vehicle crash on the A1 motorway.
There is currently queuing traffic on the southbound stretch between junction 39 and 40.
Emergency services have now cleared the incident and all lanes are open, but delays remain in the area.
Normal traffic conditions expected from 4pm.
