Ex Black Lace man’s charity gig
A former Black Lace star turned undertaker is teaming up again with a singing doctor for a charity gig.
Guitarist Ian Howarth, who had two stints with the Agadoo chart-topping band, is joining forces once more with retired GP Dr Bob Dourado for a show at Waterton Park Golf Club later this month.

The club is presenting an evening’s entertainment at the Park Restaurant on Friday, November 20 at 7pm.
The duo will do a mixture of old and new numbers. There will also be a pop quiz and lots more all in aid of charity.
Rotary club president Bob Guard said: “Our club do a huge amount of work for local charities and Bob and Ian will be raising money on the night to help towards keeping that good work going.”
Tickets, which cost £10 and include supper, are available from the golf club office and Walton Post Office.
