Final phase of works on new £6m Castleford bus station
Bus operator Metro started work on the new £6m facility in January and said it is on target to open early next year.
From Monday, the temporary walkway between Albion Street and Enterprise Way will close, and a new temporary walkway will be opened along Albion Street in front of the bus station.

The three remaining bays for waiting buses within the bus station site will also move.
Services using the temporary bus stops on Enterprise Way will take a new route via Powell Street.
Coun Peter Box, West Yorkshire Combined Authority chairman, said: “As well as representing a huge improvement in levels of convenience and comfort for local bus users when it opens in spring next year, Castleford’s new bus station will provide a new, welcoming gateway to the town.
