Fire crews tackle bedroom blaze in Hemsworth
A house fire occurred in Hemsworth today.
Fire crews from Cudworth and Pontefract were called to Hawthorne Crescent shortly before 2.40pm.
The fire happened in a first floor bedroom and crews used a hose reel and breathing equipment to tackle it.
An investigation was launched to find out the cause.
No smoke detectors alerted in the house.
