High winds close Nostell Priory
Tourist attraction Nostell Priory is closed today (Saturday) due to bad weather.
The stately home has been hit by gales and heavy rain which are causing train delays and the risk of flooding.
Nostell Priory said on Twitter: “Nostell will be closed today Saturday, December 5, due to high winds. Hoping to reopen tomorrow Sunday, December 6, for all festive events.”
