Man has mobile phone stolen in South Elmsall robbery

The victim, a 25-year-old man, was walking along Little Lane at around 11.45am on December 19 when he was approached from behind by a man.

The man then demanded his phone and assaulted him.

The victim fled after the suspect grabbed the phone out of his hand.

Detectives have released this e-fit image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

The 25-year-old was not seriously injured in the incident and did not need hospital treatment.
