Men due in court over Ossett pub attack
Two men are due before court this morning over an assault at an Ossett pub that left a man in a critical condition.
Craig Redfearn, 23, of Dewsbury Road, Lupset, and Luke Wright, 20, of Chantry Road, Lupset, will appear before Wakefield Magistrates’ Court charged with section 20 assault.
They were arrested after a 24-year-old man was assaulted at the Tawny Owl pub, Prospect Road, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
He is still in a critical condition in Leeds General Infirmary.
