Motorway re-opens after two-car smash blocked two lanes
The two lanes on the M62 closed because of an earlier accident have now reopened, although rush hour traffic is beginning to back up.
First reported just after 4pm, it happened on the eastbound carriageway of the M62, between J29 with the M1, and J30.
Camera shows two vehicles stationary blocking lanes two and three. All traffic was temporarily held to assist the vehicles onto the hard shoulder.
