Oh yes it is...time for Robin Hood pantomime

Flashing blades, flying arrows, ghosts and talking donkeys will be wrapped up into a family pantomime performed by Normanton 5 Towns Musical Theatre Society.

The theatre company will give their take on Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood, which tells the story of the rascal Sheriff of Nottingham, who has his plans foiled and gets his comeuppance at the hands of Robin Hood.

The show is on at The Normanton Junior Academy on Church Lane, Normanton.

It runs from Wednesday until Friday next week at 7.15pm and there is also a matinee performance on Saturday, December 10 at 2pm.

They are holding an interest evening for potential cast on January 5 at the Dawnay Rooms, Normanton Conservative Club from 7.30pm.
