Oktoberfest beer festival comes to Hemsworth

A Hemsworth brewery is staging an Oktoberfest beer festival.

Hamelsworde brewery, run by Dan Jones, is bringing a German inspired beer festival to Hemsworth Christian Fellowship, The Springs, on Southmoor Road between October 10 and 11.

The event will feature 12 different beers, wines, cider and entertainment.

Friday’s session times are 4pm to 11pm and Saturday’s 1pm to 11pm.

Entry to the Oktoberfest event costs £2.
