Floodlights given go-ahead for sports club's football pitch

Denby Grange Cricket Club on Smithy Lane in Overton will build an additional three eight-metre-high columns each with a single light attached.

The lights will cover the club’s junior football field.

There was concern by one resident over light pollution, but it was determined that it would be confined to the pitch.
