Main Wakefield route to close for maintainance

A road in Wrenthorpe will be shut for around a week while essential maintenance work is undertaken.

Wrenthorpe Road will be closed off from Coronation Street to Windsor Road from Monday, August 23 until August 31, or sooner if the work is completed before then.

Motorists are being told they can use alternatives routes, including Bradford Road while the work is carried out.

Wakefield Motorists
