Adam Smith, founder of TRJFP, said today they will be providing all NHS staff, including ambulance staff, free boxes of food.
It comes after panic buyers stripping stores of essential items in and around Wakefield.

Hide AdAdam said some NHS staff, who are working around the clock, might struggle to shop for essentials because of it.
He said: "We're all focusing on the people immediately affected like the elderly and vulnerable, but not about the people on the frontline, fighting for us everyday.
"It is an act of kindness from us."
The Real Junk Food Project will be offering one to two boxes of food to all NHS workers with no time line or restrictions on how many times they can visit.
They are subject to availability, but Adam said he would like to reassure the community "they will not be closing as people still need food".
To claim, you must show your ID badge on arrival.
TRJFP is located at Kindness Sharehouse, Unit 1 Headway Business Park, Denby Dale Road.
Opening hours are Monday to Sunday 10am to 6pm.
