Plan to convert former fruit shop into a cafe
A former fruit and veg shop is to be converted into a cafe after plans were approved.
The unit on The Arcade on Knottingley’s Hilltop has been vacant for some time.
The applicant applied to Wakefield Council’s planning department for a change of use for the unit which will serve breakfasts and hot and cold meals.
It will open from 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Saturday.
