Send Captain Tom Moore a birthday card: Wakefield woman calls on people to send 100th birthday greetings to champion NHS fundraiser
At 99-years-old, the war veteran has just completed 100 laps at his Bedfordshire home to raise more than £14 million for the NHS.
And with him about to celebrate his 100th birthday on April 30, Chantelle Schofield from Havercroft, along with her mum, Susan Lumb, has created a Facebook page, Captain Tom Moore - Birthday Cards, calling on people to send him a special birthday message.

Chantelle, 27, who owns and managers Wiggles and Giggles children's nursery in Barnsley, said she wanted to do something to say thank you to Mr Moore, who is an "inspiration to everyone."
She said: "It's such a selfless act. He is a war veteran and Captain - he was a hero then and he is a hero now.
"He is just amazing. He's captured the hearts of everyone and the UK salutes him.
"This is our way of giving a little something back to him."

Hide AdChantelle said that she created the group so that everyone can give him a much deserved birthday card and show him how special he is.
Anyone who wants to send a card can post it to Maytrix Group ,The Coach House, Marston Moretaine, Milton Keynes, MK43 0NF who will pass all cards onto Mr Moore at a later date.
