Coun Michael Graham, Wakefield Council’s Cabinet Member for Resources, said: “I am pleased that we are now able to re-open our Customer Access Point as I know it has been frustrating for residents not to be able to visit us for help face to face.

“Things will work differently to how they were before Covid-19 but this is to ensure that we can support our residents safely whilst helping to control the spread of the virus.”

The CAP will be open Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm.

Visits are by appointment only. Appointments are to be made by phone on: Licensing – 01924 302932, Customer Services – 0345 8 506 506, Revenues & Benefits – 0345 8 504 504.

Please do not enter the building if you, or any member of your household, are displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
