A team of physiotherapists will lace up their hiking boots this weekend to trek the county’s three peaks for charity.

Staff from Grffiths and Hartley, which has clinics at Castleford’s Xercise4Less gym hope to raise £4,000 for the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust when they take on the challenge on Saturday.

The physiotherapists also raised £700 by running Age UK’s Abbey Dash in Leeds last summer.

Darren Griffiths, director of Griffiths and Harley, said: “I’m extremely honoured to raise awareness and money for such a great cause, which is the legacy of Laura, a friend from Greenhead College in Huddersfield.

“It means a lot to me to be able to help The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust.”
