Police appeal to trace missing man

Police are appealing for information to trace missing man James Stephenson.

Mr Stephenson, 40, was last seen at around 2.30pm on Thursday, October 9, when he left the Cambian Oaks Hospital in Barnsley, telling staff he was going shopping in Leeds or Huddersfield.

He withdrew money in the Wakefield area on Friday, October 10, and has been known to travel to London and West Yorkshire.

Mr Stephenson is described as a white man, around 5ft 8ins with closely shaved ginger hair. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper with a brown raincoat, blue jeans and a pair of blue ‘Air Max’ trainers.

Police are keen to find Mr Stephenson to make sure he is safe and well.
