Police appeal to trace missing sex offender

Keith Foster should have informed authorities about a change of address under the terms of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.

He was issued with the order and sentenced to a two year conditional discharge after being convicted of possessing indecent images of children at Lancaster Magistrates Court in September 2013.

He has previously used a number of aliases, including Kirsty Foster.

Foster is described as white, of thin build, in his mid 60s, 5ft 8” tall with black, straight, collar length hair. He uses a red mobility scooter.

He is also known to have links with the Lancashire area.
