Police search for missing Pontefract man after 'out of character' disappearance

Police in Pontefract are appealing for information on the location of a missing man whose disappearance has been described as out of character.

Laimutis Kalundis, 43, was last seen on Finkle Street on Tuesday.

A Lithuanian national, Laimutis lives in Pontefract and is known to have links to the Knottingley area.

Police said his disappearance was "out of character" and they were concerned for his welfare.

He is described as being of slim build and about 5ft 11ins tall.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Wakefield CID on 101, quoting log 0633 of 28 October.
