‘Sentimental’ diamond rings stolen in burglary

Thieves stole the rings from a home in the town on November 9.

PC Melissa Wilson, of Leeds District Neighbourhood Crime Team, said: “The victim is an elderly lady and the items have significant sentimental value to her.

“I would like to hear from anyone who has been offered these items for sale or who has any information that could assist us in tracing them.”
