Traffic delays on motorways
Motorists are facing delays on the motorways this morning (Wednesday).
Traffic is queuing on the M1 southbound between junction 41 (Carrgate) and junction 40 (Flushdyke) because of an earlier accident involving a van although all lanes have now reopened.
Traffic is also built up on the northbound carriageway between junction 39 (Durkar) and junction 42 (Lofthouse).
On the M62, the speed limit is set at 40mph and traffic is slow westbound between junction 31 (Castleford) and junction 29 (Lofthouse).
