M1 motorway near Wakefield to be closed overnight
The M1 motorway near Wakefield will be closed overnight as work to upgrade it to ‘managed motorway’ continues.
The northbound carriageway between junction 40 at Ossett and junction 41 at Carr Gate will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.
While the same stretch of the southbound carriageway will be closed on Wednesday.
All closures will be in place between 8pm and 6am.
Clearly signed diversions will be in place.
