UPDATE: All lanes re-opened after M62 crash

All lanes on the M62 have now re-opened after an earlier crash involving five vehicles.

Nobody was injured in the incident between junction 22 and 24 of the motorway near Elland before 12.38pm today (Friday).

There was one lane closed causing queueing traffic in the eastbound direction.

The vehicles involved were a silver Vauxhall Corsa, red Ford Focus, grey Nissan, white Ford transit van and another silver car.

Highways England reported that contractors were on route to clear up a fuel spill between junction 22 and 23.
