UPDATE: Petrol station burglar found in a bin
A burglar was found hiding in a bin after breaking in to a service station.
Police were called to reports of a burglary at a petrol station on Minsthorpe Lane in South Elmsall at around 2.10am this morning (Thursday).
The suspects fled the scene when officers arrived.
A police helicopter was dispatched and a man was found hiding in a storage bin close by.
The 42-year-old man, from South Yorkshire, was arrested and remains in police custody.
