UPDATE: Road re-opens after multi-vehicle smash
The A1 northbound at Barnsdale Bar has now re-opened following a multi-vehicle accident this morning.
The incident involved six vehicles, including a black Vauxhall Vivaro, A black Vauxhall Insignia, a silver Renault Clio, a silver Peugeot 307 a grey Vauxhall Zafira and a black Chrysler.
Police say no one was hurt in the smash, and the road in North Elmsall has now re-opened.
