VIDEO: Sir Geoff Hurst talking about Pele, Bobby Moore and the football stars of tomorrow in Castleford

Here is a video interview with World Cup winner Sir Geoff Hurst.

It was taken during the 1966 hat-trick hero’s visit to Castleford Academy last Friday when he celebrated new funding for a state of the pitch at the Ferrybridge Road school.

Sir Geoff was also there to launch the 2015 FA Community Awards, which last year honoured Castleford White Rose Ladies FC.

During the interview, Sir Geoff spoke about how the new pitch which will help the stars of tomorrow.

He also spoke about playing football in the street as a kid and training on the West Ham car park before a match.

The 73-year-old also discussed the best two players he played with and against, Pele and Bobby Moore.
