Wintry showers continuing, with some clear spells in the east initially. Cloud thickening overnight, with rain and hill snow later in the night. Minimum temperature -1 °C.

Thursday:

Rain and snow soon clearing, then windy with sunny spells and wintry showers once again. Becoming mostly dry with sunshine later in the afternoon. Maximum temperature 5 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday:

Turning increasingly wet and windy Friday with afternoon hill snow.

Rain clearing Saturday morning. Then very windy Saturday and Sunday with gales and wintry showers.
