Yorkshire to host Sussex in Division One opener

YORKSHIRE will host Sussex at Headingley Carnegie in their first match back in Division One of the LV County Championship.

The fixtures for the 2013 season were released today and give the Tykes a home opener on April 10-13 in their 150th Anniversary season following promotion last season.

The first away match for Jason Gillespie’s men comes at Chester-le-Street against Durham and a friendly against old foes Lancashire, who were relegated from the top-flight last season, is sandwiched between the first two County Championship matches.
