Jack Hughes produced a stunning display as Townville marched into the quarter-finals of the Heavy Woollen Cup with a convincing victory over Hopton Mills.
All-rounder Hughes continued his impressive start to the season when he smashed an unbeaten 163 as his side piled up a massive 358-7 when batting first.
Support came from Liam Booth (49 not out), Kris Ward (39) and Nick Bresnan (37).
Hopton Mills were all out for 80 in reply with Hughes taking 3-5 and Ian Jones 4-6.
Methley were knocked out at the second round stage when they lost by 114 runs to Hoylandswaine.
A strong batting display paved the way for Hoylandswaine as they reached 296-8 from their allotted overs with Gharib Nawaz (82) top scoring.
Methley were all out for 182 in reply with Sohail Raz (33) and Marcus Walmsley (32) top scoring.
Townville seconds were knocked out of the Crowther Cup when they lost by seven wickets to Hanging Heaton after making 128 with Kieran Samuels (35) top scoring.
