The Castleford Tigers forward has been cited for a dangerous contact in the third minute of his side's defeat to Wigan Warriors last week.

The Grade C charge carries a two-match ban and detailing the charge the match review panel minutes stated: "Defender uses any part of their body forcefully to twist, bend or otherwise apply pressure to the limb or limbs of an opposing player in a way that involves an unacceptable risk of injury to that player."

An incident involving Paul McShane standing on an opponent was also reviewed but the panel concluded it was accidental as the 2020 Man of Steel was walking backwards.

Meanwhile, Richie Myler of Leeds Rhinos was handed a two-game penalty notice for questioning the integrity of a match official. Hull FC's Bureta Faraimo was also given the same number of games for a high tackle in their win over the Tigers' rivals Wakefield Trinity.
